Galaxy S- III to be thinner than iPhone,to feature world's fastest processor

Samsung's next big Galaxy phone, the Galaxy S III, will be just 7 mm thick, according to a report from the South Korean publication Electronic Times News.
For reference, that's thinner than the iPhone 4S, which is 9.3 mm thick.
The report says the Galaxy S III will launch in May, but that could only be the date for South Korea.

but the real story has been the company's plans for its next big smartphone release, the Galaxy S III which is expected to be thinner  that Apple's iPhone's.The next generation Samsung Galaxy S III smartphone is also expected to feature  a lightning fast quad-core processor, Android And Me reports .The Exynos 4412 processor would be capable of speeds up to 1.5 Ghz, but would more importantly be a lot more battery-conscious than its predecessors.

Samsung is now the world's largest smartphone maker churning out 28 million phones last quarter, according to data from Strategy Analytics.
