 Online Sales Set New Record: Thanksgiving Day online sales grew by 19.7 percent yearoveryear followed by Black Friday, with sales increasing 19 percent over 2012. Average order value for Black Friday was $135.27, up 2.2 percent compared to last yearies for Online Shopping: New York City took the top spot for online sales on Black Friday.

 The Top five  states which recorded the " Highest Online Shopping were were
  •  Atlanta, Los Angeles, Washington, D.C. and Chicago. ·
  •  Mobile Shopping Soars: Mobile traffic grew to 39.7 percent of all online traffic, increasing by 34 percent over Black Friday 2012.

Why 2014 Will be The Year of the Mobile Web





Mobile Web Use Has More Than Doubled Since 2009
A study from Pew Internet & American Life Project, recently revealed that mobile web usage has more than doubled since 2009.
The report also outlined:
1.      Specifically, two-thirds of cell-phone owning Americans use their phones to go online. (Versus only 31% of people who said they went online on their phones, back in 2009.)
2.      91% of all American adults now have cell phones.
3.      56% of all American adults now have a smartphone

Digital Advertisement Grow by 24% in Ireland ,only Mobile make 21% ad spends

Irish Online Adspend including Mobile grows by 24%* in H1 2013 with ad revenue of €97m. While  Mobile Adspend now represents 21% of total digital ad spend in Ireland. Final Desktop Advertising excluding Mobile grew 5% from €73.2m in H1 2012 to €77m H1 2013
