ComScore reports that In April 2011, Groupon reached more than 1 million unique visitors (age 15+ home/work location) in 12 markets across the globe. The U.S. saw the largest audience reaching 10.4 million visitors, followed by France with 3.6 million visitors and Brazil with 2.5 million visitors. Although Groupon’s largest audience by sheer size is the U.S., its largest market by online penetration is Poland where it reached 12.4% of visitors age 15+ from a home or work location in April 2011. Another European market followed as the second largest market for Groupon by percent reach with France at 8.6% reach. In the U.S., Groupon reached 5.7% of all online visitors in April, ranking 9th globally in terms of online penetration for the deal site
