India  and  Argentina’s digital spends is $740 and $460 million respectively , though India is ranked 2nd in media spending  just after  Brazil with $6.11 billion.

According to the study, 84% of Mexicans age 13 and older have some mobile and 6 out of 10 surf the Internet actively through them.

88% Web Traffic in Mexico Originates from Mobile and Tablets

In October 2011, comScore found that in Mexico, non-computer devices represented 2.9% of the country’s internet traffic. A closer look at the data shows that mobile phones, tablets and other non-computer connected devices represented 58%, 28% and 14% of Mexico’s mobile internet traffic, respectively.

Apple devices in Mexico had a clear lead over mobile internet devices running Android and other operating systems, with iOS taking a 60% share of mobile traffic in the country, according to comScore.
